MySpace Surveys

So I've been thinking about the surveys that get circulated on the internet. I used to get them a lot back in middle school in my inbox but now I mainly see them posted on MySpace bulletins...and they are fascinating because for some reason they are perfectly acceptable on MySpace but can you even IMAGINE having that conversation in person? My latest goal in life: have that conversation IN PERSON....particularly with people that I'm meeting for the first time but will most likely be around a lot in the future. So instead of having the typical "what is your year, major and what do you want to do with it" conversation now I will ask questions like this as suggested by the typical MySpace surveys:

• What were you doing at midnight last night?
• Coke or Pepsi?
• What's the 5th text in your inbox?
• Are you ticklish?
• Are you upset about life right now?
• Where do you keep your money?
• What were you doing an hour ago?
• What's the biggest disappointment in your life right now?
• Is success in your future?
• Have you ever kissed someone whose first name starts with an R?
• Have you cried recently?

And my personal favorite: Have you ever been in love?

Please try any of the above questions out on anyone the second you walk up to them today.
